Inner Line Permit (ILP) for Indians
Required for Nubra, Pangong, Tso Moriri, Dah-Hanu. ₹420 + ₹20/day env fee. Online or DC office Leh.
Protected Area Permit (PAP) for foreigners
Same areas as ILP. Apply via registered Ladakh agent.
Vehicle permit (Agham-Nubra road etc.)
BRO gates check for ILP + vehicle RC. Carry 4-5 copies of ILP.
